On October 21, 2025, Lattice announced its Fall/Winter 2025 product release, introducing an AI Meeting Agent for one-on-ones, employee signature capture for reviews, and a Workday integration, alongside succession planning capabilities included at no additional cost.
The AI Meeting Agent, available to AI Agent Plus customers in early 2026, automatically joins meetings to capture notes, summarize discussion points, and log action items, then syncs all data back to Lattice’s one-on-one workflow. This removes the administrative burden of meeting documentation while ensuring performance-relevant conversations are captured in the system of record.
The release also embedded talent data insights directly into the Lattice AI Agent, allowing managers and HR leaders to chat with their performance, feedback, engagement, and goals data for instant answers. Succession planning launched in late October 2025, giving every Lattice customer the ability to identify and develop future leaders without purchasing additional modules.
A bidirectional Workday integration, arriving in early 2026, will send performance insights from Lattice to Workday HCM, enabling organizations to view performance ratings within Workday dashboards and run compensation reviews informed by Lattice data. Employee signatures for review acknowledgements launched in early November 2025 with time-stamped, exportable records.
