ADP announced the integration of its WorkForce Suite into ADP Lyric HCM, ADP Workforce Now, and ADP Global Payroll on November 20, 2025, unifying workforce management capabilities for employers and millions of employees across more than 140 countries and territories. The integration eliminates the separation between time management, scheduling, and core HCM that has historically required separate systems or complex middleware.
WorkForce Suite encompasses time and attendance management, employee scheduling with constraint management, absence management, workforce analytics with predictive insights, and mobile access for deskless workers. Multi-language and multi-currency support enables consistent deployment across global operations.
Sreeni Kutam, president of global product and innovation at ADP, stated: “Clients now have the opportunity to offer millions of employees around the world a unified time, pay and HR experience.” The suite supports manufacturing, retail, healthcare, energy, education, and public sector organizations with 150 or more employees.
Nucleus Research has ranked the WorkForce Suite number one for 11 consecutive years. ISG Research named it an Exemplary Leader. The integration deepens ADP Lyric’s position as a comprehensive enterprise HCM platform, which reached general availability for organizations with 1,000 or more employees and accumulated over 120 large enterprise accounts.
