Visier announced next-generation Workforce AI innovations at its Outsmart 2026 conference on April 23, introducing capabilities that bridge the gap between workforce data visibility and enterprise decision-making. The release includes expanded AI assistants, guided workforce planning, and a Model Context Protocol integration with Glean that surfaces governed people analytics inside existing enterprise search tools.

The guided workforce planning capability connects demand planning, skills planning, and organizational design into a single intelligence layer. Rather than running workforce planning as a periodic exercise disconnected from day-to-day operations, the system creates a continuous feedback loop between strategic headcount decisions and operational workforce data.

The Glean MCP integration, available to enterprise customers beginning May 2026, enables Visier’s governed people data to surface directly within Glean’s AI assistant platform. Chief Strategy Officer Dave Weisbeck stated: “Our MCP integration revolutionizes that by making Visier’s highly governed people data available right inside Glean.” This extends the pattern of people analytics moving from standalone dashboards into the flow of work.

Visier serves 85,000 plus customers across 75 countries including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Domino’s, Experian, Amgen, eBay, and Ford Motor Company. The company maintains its position as Highest Leader in Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix for People Analytics Platforms for the third consecutive year.
