HiBob announced Bob Finance, a product that combines HR, payroll, and financial planning and analysis capabilities in a single connected system. The launch follows HiBob’s acquisition of Mosaic, a strategic FP&A platform, and positions Bob as what the company calls the first true one-stop shop for managing people, pay, and planning for mid-market organizations.

Bob Finance launches initially in the US, UK, Canada, and Ireland, with a broader geographic rollout planned through 2026. The integration eliminates the data handoff between HR and finance teams that creates headcount forecasting errors, budget overruns, and delayed financial close processes. When workforce data, payroll data, and financial models operate on the same foundation, planning cycles that previously required manual reconciliation across multiple systems become self-correcting.

Separately, HiBob reached general availability for its native US payroll and benefits administration solution as of January 1, 2026. The combination of native payroll and the Bob Finance module creates a full-stack people operations platform for organizations that have outgrown point solutions but do not require enterprise-grade complexity.

HiBob has raised approximately 574 million dollars in total funding at a valuation near 2.7 billion dollars. The company employs approximately 1,500 people globally and serves mid-market organizations that sit between the startup tools they have outgrown and the enterprise platforms they do not yet need.
