On October 20, 2025, iCIMS announced the launch of its AI Sourcing Agent, the first in what the company calls its intelligent agent network. Available within iCIMS CXM, the agentic tool automates talent discovery, matching, and engagement while keeping recruiters in control of the process.
The AI Sourcing Agent surfaces top candidates including silver medalists and dormant profiles from existing talent pools, then scales outreach using configurable, pre-approved templates. Recruiters activate the agent for specific roles, allowing it to automatically discover matching candidates and execute scaled outreach campaigns.
“Hiring teams need AI that does not just assist. They need it to act,” said Eric Connors, Chief Product Officer at iCIMS. “Our latest release delivers on that need.”
The fall 2025 release also includes enhanced behavior-based campaign logic for personalized candidate engagement, advanced filters and conditional logic for precise targeting, improved interview scheduling and feedback workflows, and new integrations with LinkedIn Apply Connect and Veritone Hire. iCIMS reports that customers leveraging AI hire three times faster than non-AI users and identify 12 percent more qualified applicants.
