At UKG Aspire 2025 in Las Vegas on November 4, 2025, UKG unveiled the Workforce Intelligence Hub, an AI-driven solution that unifies all workforce information into one real-time operational view. The platform combines employee schedules, time tracking, hiring data, performance metrics, pay information, and industry trends into a single command center for executives and managers.
The Workforce Intelligence Hub provides unprecedented access to labor insights needed for better, faster decisions about staffing, productivity, and organizational efficiency. It is designed to move workforce operations from reactive management to proactive, data-informed action.
The announcement builds on UKG’s October 9, 2025 partnership expansion with Google Cloud, which selected Google as UKG’s primary AI and data analytics provider. That collaboration integrates Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and BigQuery into UKG’s Workforce Operating Platform, powering the Bryte AI agents that underpin the Intelligence Hub.
UKG also launched Rapid Hire, which compresses high-volume frontline hiring from weeks to days, and Dynamic Labor Management, which senses real-time changes in customer demand to automatically help managers redeploy resources. The Aspire conference also debuted UKG Beacon for small and midsized businesses, combining employee recognition with workforce data for intelligent engagement insights.
