Eightfold AI announced TalentForge at its Cultivate 2026 conference, introducing a platform that enables enterprises to build, deploy, and scale custom HR technology on top of Eightfold’s talent intelligence infrastructure. The product reflects a bold prediction: that 90 percent of enterprise software will eventually be custom built, and TalentForge provides the foundation for that shift within HR technology.
TalentForge sits on top of Eightfold’s dataset of 1.6 billion career trajectories and 1.6 million skills, making that intelligence layer available as building blocks for custom applications. Rather than offering fixed workflows, the platform provides components that enterprise teams can assemble into solutions tailored to their specific organizational models, compliance requirements, and talent strategies.
The announcement extended Eightfold’s positioning from a standalone talent intelligence platform to a development foundation. Enterprise HR technology buyers have historically been forced to choose between configurable platforms that still impose workflow assumptions and custom development that lacks embedded intelligence. TalentForge occupies the gap between those options.
Eightfold serves Fortune 500 companies and enterprises across industries. The platform holds SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 certifications. TalentForge availability and pricing details have not been publicly disclosed beyond the Cultivate 2026 announcement.
